RHL UPDATE as at 27.03.2020
Further to government advice we have sadly had to suspend all our exercise and rehabilitation classes, along with social sessions. However we have been working to collate ideas, information and virtual exercise opportunities to keep you busy and healthy at this difficult time. We hope you find the links below useful. Where possible we will keep updating this with new information, so please do let us know of anything you’ve found which others may also find useful.

As a small charity we would really appreciate any donations you are able to make to support us through this difficult time. If you can afford it, this could be continuing your monthly/ termly class contributions (if you are a class member), or simply making a regular or occasional donation. Please email admin@rhl.org.uk for further information.

For queries/ comments please email classes@rhl.org.uk as our staff are working from home without access to our phone lines.
