Between June 2024 and April 2025 we delivered a series of 16 healthy eating workshops for children and young people across uniform groups and youth clubs. Using fun, interactive hands-on activities we engaged 375 attendees with the aim of promoting healthier eating habits.

• 89.6% of participants asked, reported learning something new.

• 87.6% of participants asked, said they might or did plan to apply knowledge gained from the workshop.
