RHL offers quality-assured, accredited first aid training qualifications that are used throughout commerce and industry in the UK to fulfil legal First Aid requirements. We aim to provide enjoyable high-quality training that meets your needs at highly competitive rates.

We are currently delivering two main courses: ‘Emergency First Aid at Work’ and ‘Basic Life Support with AED’. We are also able to deliver a wide range of other First Aid training courses on request, subject to staff availability. Details of our open courses are below, however if you are a business and would prefer a customised course delivered at your place of business please get in touch to discuss.

Please note that this venue is NOT accessible - the door to our office is up a flight of steep stairs. For this venue you therefore need to be mobile enough to safely ascend and descend the stairs.
You will need to park either in one of the nearby pay and display carparks, or in one of the nearby residential roads and walk to the office.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

* Please ensure that you have checked the information above relating to the specific venue for your proposed course to ensure it is suitable for your needs.
* In order to successfully complete the course and receive the certificate you must be able to get up and down from the floor and be physically able to practice and demonstrate elements such as CPD techniques and the use of an AED.
* Certificates can only be given to those who have demonstrated the sufficient minimum level of knowledge needed to pass the course.
* Cancellations – due to the costs incurred in setting up and delivering the courses we are unfortunately unable to make any refunds if you cancel or are unable to attend your course. The only exception to this will be if the course is fully booked with a waitlist and we are able to fill your place from this.
* The qualification is valid for 3 years from date of completion.
* You will be asked to choose the course/date you are booking. An email confirmation should be received within 5 working days – if you don’t receive this please get in touch.
* If you are booking for more than one person, please submit separate booking forms. 
* Courses are limited to a maximum of 12 attendees - bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis.
