An exciting event with an Olympic theme coming soon on Sunday 8th July. There will be lots to do for all the family including running and jumping; an Olympic walk ‘Southwood’ style; local story telling and face painting; a drumming circle and African music; BAR-B-Q and refreshments... a fantastic day not to be missed, put it in your diary now!
Our overriding wish is that you find what motivates you to be healthy,
have fun and feel better as a result. As one of our regular class members,
Bette Blyth said, “I think your organisation is marvellous,
you provide a wonderful service. We all know that we should be doing exercise
and eating healthily but you advise us in the nicest possible way and
help us with very reasonably priced classes !” |
