What is Yoga?
Yoga is a mat-based class focusing on improving strength, increasing mobility and promoting relaxation. You’ll carry out gentle exercises that will help improve posture, balance and flexibility in a calm, relaxed setting.
We’ll be using Hatha Flow yoga which will bring you calm and strength whilst focusing on your breath. You’ll move mindfully through each movement with some pauses for instruction and teacher demonstration.
If floor work is challenging, consider our Chair Pilates classes. These offer similar benefits but are performed seated or standing with the support of chair. Click here for more information. |
